CES has left Vegas but I'm still discovering some cool products that was displayed on the showroom floor. We have Cooler Master the maker of just about everything tech has just released to market three new keyboards, each having features that will appeal to the hardcore gamer with different set of preferences. Like what you have with Cooler Masters existing Quick Fire keyboards, these three new computer peripherals will give users more striking illuminated options, while still maintaining its signature minimalist design.
First up,we have the MasterKeys Pro L full size with an included numeric pad offering a full range of RGB lighting. Users will have a pick from up to 16.7 million possible colors, which is a first for any Cooler Master keyboard. Added, the MasterKey Pro L will come with multiple lighting presets, which will include a color wave, breathing and other effects.
The lighting effects on the keyboard is made possible by Cooler Master's total redesign of the entire interior structure of the MasterKeys Pro series keyboards, just so that accommodation can be made for both Cherry MX switches and larger, brighter LEDs.
Next up from Cooler Master, we have the MasterKeys Pro S, in size its comparable to the MasterKeys L perfect for the gamers who prefer a more compact design. Consumers have a choice in ordering switches with a red, brown, blue color scheme.
Finally we have the affordable yet low-end of the three the Devastator II. Lacking full fledged mechanical switches instead it'll come with what Cooler Master will call a "Mem-chanical" switches ( yes I know, weird). This is suppose convey too users the feel of a actual mechanical switch, giving instant feedback.
Even though there is no color customizable LED present on the Devastator II, potential buyers have a choice in red, blue or green. Here's the deal, for the price of one the keyboard is bundled with a mouse that will feature its own side buttons, LED illumination, and on the-fly DPI switching.
Cooler Master has stated that the Devastator II will be available for market next month, while the MasterKeys Pro S and L will arrive sometime in March. There is no listed price as of yet, soon as that happens I will post an update on social media.
