SanDisk the company that make storage devices have just updated their SSD, in particularly their X400 product line, that includes storage capacities starting at 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB all being available in the 2.5" and M.2 for factors. SanDisk will continue using their signature small SLC flash cache that's added to their drive, with the majority of which being TLC. Within each drive present will be a Marvel 88SS1074-BSW2 four channel controller and 256MB of DDR3L-1600. Each SSD in their 400 product line will be implemented with 256-bit AES encryption.
