Corsair Launches The Vengeance LPX 192GB Memory Module
The standard RAM kit always comes in two's but to purchase memory kits that come in twelve? That's something new, at least it is to me. Corsair did just that, added a quartet of new 192GB hexa-channel memory kits to its famed Vengeance LPX product line. Launching their hardware without much media attention
The RAM kits will be available in various speed ratings from DDR4-2666 to DDR4-4000 and will also vary in pricing, from $1,585 to $3000.
The Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 memory kit are critically acclaimed, known for having an excellent build quality that functions flawlessly, at least that's what most of the tech publications had stated when they reviewed the hardware. So in essence, with the Vengeance LPX 192GB RAM modules you get what you pay for in terms of potential high performance.
The new Corsair Vengeance LPX 192GB memory kits each consist of 12 X16GB memory module is constructed for high-end motherboards such as the ASUS ROG Dominus Extreme combined with an Intel Xeon W-3175X processor. Putting together a PC workstation on steroids. The memory module comes with aluminum heat-spreaders for rapid heat dissipation. Corsair states memory IC screened for potential peak performance. The entire Vengeance memory modules and kits will offer consumers a limited lifetime warranty. The new 192GB kit will only come in all black color scheme, minus LED or RGB lighting.
At the time of this published post, there is no set launch date from Corsair. I'm rather curious to see how this memory module will perform in real time. Benchmark numbers I'm sure will soon be posted on the web once this memory kit falls into the hands of us tech pundits.
