Corsair Reveals The Vengeance RGB DDR5 Memory Kits
Since Intel's Alder Lake processor made its market presence last year, we are slowly starting to see the emergence of DDR5 memory kits. With AMD preparing to release their new Zen 4 processors and Intel Raptor Lake amid its launch later this year, high-speed memory kits are starting to saturate the market. Additionally, Corsair adds to the fast memory market with their new Vengeance RGB DDR5 memory product line.
Regarding RAM, the new Vengeance memory line applies to the Dominator Platinum product label, considered a high-end memory kit suitable for die-hard PC enthusiasts and over clockers.
Corsair's memory kit line starts with the Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM with 5,200MT/s, 5,600MT/s, 6,000MT/s, and 6,400MT/s kits capacities up to 32GB (2x32GB). Coming up soon, Corsair will expand the lineup to include kits up to 64GB (2 x32) that will run up to 6,600MT/s.
The spec numbers for these memory kits are pretty impressive. However, the design aesthetics with colorful RGB lighting stand out most. In addition, it has a stylish aluminum heat spreader, which cools the tightly screened memory chips.
Corsair's new Vengeance RGB DDR5 kits will be available in black or white heat spreaders; the price will range from $224.99 for the 32GB DDR5-5200 (CL40) kits to $304.99 for the DDR5-6400 (CL38) kit.
