Admittedly, I'm guilty of purchasing useless gadgets just for the sake of having it in my possession. But after a month, I discontinue using the device. This device's most gimmicky feature is the LED indicator light that shows the connection status. I consider it to be gimmicky because I have several charging cables with a similar feature.
