Tech recommendation of the Week: The New iPad Air

When it comes to recommending tablets, it's the iPad or no one else. The iPad is the Mt. Everest of tablets and gets it right regarding design and hardware. That's why it's relatively easy for me to suggest that consumers purchase the new iPad Air.

First, let's start with the design. The new iPad Air comes in an assortment of all colors, Space Grey, Blue, Green, Rose Gold, and Silver. Overall, the tablet is quite different from the 2018 edition, having a more squared-off side and rounded corner display, sticking to the same size and shape at 11inches. The new iPad Air closely resembles the iPad Pro; notice the iPhone 12 borrows the same design.

If the design doesn't convince you to purchase the iPad Air, the hardware specs will. The iPad Air has the same internal components as the iPhone 12, having the A 14 Bionic processor, up to 256GB of storage. A beautiful Liquid Retina display, with LED-backlit IPS technology, pixel resolution measuring 2360 x 1640. Of course, the iPad Air does come with a 12MP Wide-angle camera that has impressive features. It’s just rather odd when I see anyone trying to capture images with a tablet, but I digress.

The iPad Air is indeed a good piece of technology that has a very minimalist yet sleek design. iPad Air, congratulations, you make the first entry of the weekly tech recommendation.
