Should you buy Crucial's X8 external SSD hard drives? The answer is yes

Today, external drives have come a long way, with storage capacities exceeding well past 500 GB. Many external drives on the market are more compact and sleek in its design and ultra-fast read speeds. Crucial's X8 Portable SSD meets my standards in what I look for in a quality external storage drive. It has an excellent elegant design; it's supremely fast, and it has up to 2TB of storage space.
But should you purchase Crucials X8 portable external SSD? The answer is yes; here's why.

Crucial states that the X8 is rugged enough to withstand extreme temperatures and sudden shock, vibration, and drops up to 7.5 feet.

What's most impressive about this particular portable SSD is read speeds, measuring up to 1050MB/s, made possible by its embedded NVMe technology developed in unison with flash memory—enabling the drive to gain high speeds.
