Ahead of CES, which takes place this week, many companies have already begun revealing their gadgets and hardware. Nvidia has followed this trend by teasing its RTX 3000 series laptops. The graphics card manufacturer will be holding a virtual CES press event that will take place tomorrow, and as expected, will reveal the mobile versions of the RTX 3000 series GPUs. You can view a teaser video of the hints at a laptop, alongside other announcements Nvidia will make at the virtual press event.

The graphics card tease includes four images, and they are the following; a gaming laptop, the Outriders game, a GeForce RTX logo, and a resizable BAR (Base Address Register). The gaming laptop also hints at the RTX 3000 mobile GPUs. I also want to add Nvidia will unveil an RTX 3060 GPU priced below Nvidia's current RTX 3060 Ti graphics card.

Let's closely examine BAR support, which looks like a hint for an upcoming driver update for Nvidia's RTX graphics card. Like AMD's Smart Access Memory driver, this driver update for Nvidia can augment throughput between a CPU and GPU, improving overall framerates. It can only happen if motherboard manufacturers offer BIOS updates to enable both Intel and AMD CPUs. Still, according to the teaser, Nvidia is ready to roll out the driver support.

Nvidia will hold their CES press event at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET on January 12th. Be there.
