Let's talk about the Pulsar Xlite Light and Fast Ergonomic Wireless Mouse

We just published an article that entailed things you need to know before buying a mouse (click the highlighted text) if you want to read that article. In researching that article, I noticed a trend many manufacturers are following is the cutout design. Not sure what purpose it serves regarding performance; nonetheless, it does bring some uniqueness to the overall design.

This brings us to the Pulsar Xlite Wireless mouse. It, too, has a cutout design with some exciting features that need to be addressed. For starters, it weighs a mere 59 grams and features PTFE or pure feet. Mouse feet allow your mouse to glide smoothly over any surface. The speed and precision provided by feet will provide a seamless workflow and competitive gaming. The mouse will also provide 70 hours of battery power.

The main buttons feature a Kailh GM 8.0 switches and an upgraded scroll wheel encoder which makes the mouse capable of conquering any task thrown it's way. However, you must know there are no CPI buttons on this mouse; users will need to install the Pulsar software suite to adjust the PixArt PAW3370 sensor from 50 CPI up to 20,000 CPI. The software also lets users change main mouse buttons' click latency, modify polling rate, and program macros.

The Pulsar Xlite Wireless mouse has the standard wireless frequency, at 2.4GHz, with 1ms 20000 DPI optical sensor. You can purchase this mouse from the Pulsar website and Amazon for just $74.00. Once we get this mouse in the studio, we will run a battery of tests, with a review to follow. Stay tuned,
