MSI New Summit Laptop Debuts a Intel Core i7-1195G7 Tiger Lake Processor
I don't know if you can call this a leak or an actual product reveal. Nonetheless, it seems MSI, that company that manufactures all things computing-related, seemingly has a pair of Summit E16 Flip Evo 16-inch laptops coming down the pipe—featuring the new Tiger Lake mobile processor. As listed on a Xotic PC website, the laptop will be embedded with a Core i7-1195G7 processor, the other with a Core i5-1155G7 processor.
As seen in the image above reveals detailed information on the processor and hardware specs. Explicitly, the list shows a Core i7-1195G7 processor having a 4-core/8-thread with a 2.9GHz base clock, 5GHz max turbo frequency, and 12MB of L3 cache.
The listed hardware specification is 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD. According to the listing, there is a clear indication that the laptop will have onboard Intel Iris Xe graphics with 96 units, a $1,699 start price. The 16-inch display will have a 2560 x 1600 resolution, with a 120Hz refresh rate, with touchscreen support. Interestingly, the laptop does not have a discrete graphics card option.
