We Have a MSI and Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Graphic Card Sighting
It's pretty normal to find leaks of devices appear on the web right before the launch date. The latest leak that gained traction is the MSI and Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards.
A deleted post on Reddit shared an actual image of multiple retail boxed MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards supposedly shared by a retailer located in the UAE. As of now, NVIDIA has yet announced a new SKU. Even though leaks and rumors have been running rampant these past several weeks, we could see a GeForce RTX 3080 Ti launch take place in the coming weeks.
As of now, there is no detailed information on hardware specifications or pricing. According to the leaked SKU, the card will feature 10,240 CUDA cores and 12 GB of GDDR6X memory along with a 384-bit bus, the exact specification found in the GeForce RTX 3090. The card will also have a 1396MHz base clock and a 1695MHz boost clock.
The person responsible for posting MSI's Suprim X model's image goes by the Reddit user name FaisalKhatib. There is no known retailer, but the cost graphic card listed around $3,500. The rumored MSRP has it at $999, which is still a hefty price point.
On numerous occasions on this site, I've stated that product leaks such as the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti are a coordinated effort to build product anticipation. I expect NVIDIA to make an announcement very soon. Stay Tuned.
