Google Assistant For The Galaxy 4 Watch is Still Months Away

One of the primary reasons for getting the Galaxy 4 Wear OS would be combined with Samsung's Ti Zen OS. Finally, we enjoy impressive features in Wear OS, one of which is Google Assistant. But It looks like we'll have to wait.

According to reports, Samsung just provided an update on Google Assistant for the Galaxy Watch 4, stating that the much-anticipated feature is still "months" away.

Here's a quote from Samsung;

"Google Assistant will be available on Galaxy Watch4 series. With access to both Bixby and Google Assistant, consumers will be equipped with advanced voice assistant functionality to meet their various needs."

At least we can say Samsung is making an effort to get Google Assistant going on the Galaxy Watch 4. But unfortunately, it looks like I have to wait for a feature I think is a significant selling point on the device. When the Google Assistant update finally makes its way to the smartwatch, we'll follow up with an update.
