Corsair launches MP600 Mini NVMe SSD perfect for the Steam Deck and SFF gaming PC
Valve Steam Deck is a widely popular handheld gaming device. So naturally, this means there will be a high demand for small solid-state drives for storage expansion. Corsair has just launched an all-new MP600 Mini, an ultra-compact NVMe SSD, to meet consumer demand. This will be an ideal upgrade for anyone with a Steam Deck and small form factor PCs.
Corsair's MP600 Mini does offer impressive specs and features. The only drawback is that if you call it such, your only option for storage is 1TB. But one terabyte is enough storage for any small form factor PC and Steam Deck. Features include leverage 3D triple-level cell (TLC) NAND flash memory chips that deliver up to 4,800MB/s of sequential read and writes. In addition, random 4K reads, and writes are rated up to 1.1 million IOPS and 850,000 IOPS, respectively.
The MP600 Mini has an impressive 600 terabytes endurance rating and a 1.5 million hours MTBF failure rating. In addition, Corsair backs the drive's five-year warranty.
If you want to upgrade your Steam Deck storage capacity, you'll have to purchase directly from Corsair via their website. It retails for $109.99.
